From the first incident where the woman was chased down the street on her bike she had been raped and strangled yet he looked nothing like this guy in the video.
I'm pretty sure I saw this man walking down Chestnut St around 19th St in an easterly direction. He was wearing a hoodie and had a white ipod in his hands. I pointed him out to the Septa bus driver, hoping he would radio him in. I doubt if he did. It's hard to describe, but I could feel the evil as he walked past me while I was waiting at the bus stop. It creeped me out. I'm so glad they caught the fiend. Thank God for DNA so we can test and convict the correct person!
ive never seen him in the neighborhood before, but then again, i havent been down the way in a minute. i stay on my side of kensington ave, if i can help it
