The problem in this country is we think diversity is the answer, you know a white, a black, a latino to give our goverment the rainbow look. A melting pot to cook up a great goverment. From the time we started this our goverment has grown from a great one to now it is one of the most corrupt ever known. We need to pick the best qualified regardless of those factors. We don't need more change down this path , but a return to the orginal setup.
This women wouldn't know the truth if it bit her on the ankle. If that happened she'd run screaming to the nearest Obama Socialized Health Care clinic, wave her Government flunky card, get in ahead of people with severed limbs who have been waiting for six months, and get a rabies shot.
Here is EVERYTHING she said. Copied over many lines.
n our private conversations, Judge Cedarbaum has pointed out to me that seminal decisions in race and sex discrimination cases have come from Supreme Courts composed exclusively of white males. I agree that this is significant but
I also choose to emphasize that the people who argued those cases before the Supreme Court which changed the legal landscape ultimately were largely people of color and women. I recall that Justice Thurgood Marshall, Judge Connie Baker Motley, the first black woman appointed to the federal bench, and others of the NAACP argued Brown v. Board of Education.
Similarly, Justice Ginsburg, with other women attorneys, was instrumental in advocating and convincing the Court that equality of work required equality in terms and conditions of employment.
Whether born from experience or inherent physiological or cultural differences, a possibility I abhor less or discount less than my colleague Judge Cedarbaum, our gender and national origins may and will make a difference in our judging. Justice O'Connor has often been cited as saying that a wise old man and wise old woman will reach the same conclusion in deciding cases.
Yeah, that was some "grilling"... Give me a break. This asshole was a member of La Raza (The Race) for years which is a racist hispanic nationalist group which is no different than a white supremicst group. Then she went around making several prejuducal statements. And then she violated the constitution by ruling against several white firefighters who had been clearly discriminated against because of their skin color. He basically setup a softball for her and gave her his support.
