I thought the movie was pretty tragic, but life goes on and things happen that can change people. I thought it was sad, how Akito and Yuriko were never able to really enjoy themselves without war. Their best moments were in flashbacks before war. War changes everything.

I think they should make Nadesico 2 to make up all the unexplain scene in both the movie and the first series. Coz this is freakin confusing. Understanding is one part but can someone tell me what happen on the 2 years before the movie? I mean during the two years and how did both Yurika and Akito being captured by the martian successors??

Um...this isn't Blank of Three Years. This is a Nadesico dating sim for the Saturn, I think. Blank of Three Years is different than this, though I've never played it.

and hardened his personality...........

Yurika didn't die, rather captured and became the core terminal for, boson control ( think out of my head).

Akito had been experimented on thus loosing his emotions and becoming just a emotionless being.

Though you are right that he blames himself for the accident and not protecting Yurika.

This is probably the date simulator game featured here with the Ruri ending. Blank of Three Years Ends when Ruri assumes commmand of the Nadesico B after Akito and Yurika are presumed dead.

Well personally I believe that Date-sims are a waste of perfectly good gaming time. But anyhoo... I was really going for getting the story games in the US so we dont get this huge hole in the plot like what happened with Nadesico.

i understand what you mean, but dating sims are good for people with low self esteem? oh wait, that makes them more alienated unless with others with the same hobby, nevermind lolz. but what US does is kind of stupid, they wont release all the parts of one things, like Nadesico, if some parts of it are "unnapropriate". if it was so unnapropriate, how did it become clear that it was? did someone start raping someone cause they saw hentai? Wow... you went way out there... lol. Yeah but THIS particular game doesn't have any of the plot in it. It probably wasn't profitable to market the games in the US at the time and now they never will.
