I lived 3 blocks away from bob's when Alton was there... When I found out he was there (from that episode) I went to Bob's to get some info. The girl who made mt mocha had no idea what I was talking about. I was less than impressed, BUT my goal is to get Alton's (or at least some tattoo) done by the artist who did his.

I met my wife in Bob's. She was schleping coffee and I sat at the bar, played dice, smoked for hours and drank coffee all day.

The tatoo is real. Saw AB at The Fabulous Food Show last week in Cleveland and I asked him to show us (the audience)his new tatoo. He did so very graciously and told us he had more than one but they were for private viewing. LOL. He is more "GOOD EATS" in person.
