  • Nice at 1:23!

  • you are just freaking amazing.

    no other words, great fighter

    make some more vids eh

  • very fast, nice combos, nice tatame too..

  • Awesome techniques and hand speed, did you combine Kenpo principles in these techniques? I teach jiu jitsu and kenpo and alot of my techniques came out looking like this.

  • what is the move at about :04-:05 called

  • @Austin0Reese This technique is a Kaitten ashijime or Rolling Knee Bar

  • Sir, no matter what anyone says this is a great demo. I really enjoyed it. Thank you.

    Kevin Conan Bankens

  • Good take down technique at 0:20. At 1:34, 1:54, etc. atemi-waza madness! Im putting this video on my favorites list. :)

  • que movimientos tan geniales, eres todo un maestro

  • Nice video !

Would that make any sense that a tall man, nearly 25yrs old, begins ju-jutsu ?

  • @fubukitsunami Dude you're young, do it, no reason why not

  • Note to self...do not start a fight on the street - it might be THIS GUY, and you'll be sorry, you'll lose, and you'll probably end up in the hospital. :)

  • Awesome video !

  • Does this style have more in common with Brazilian or Japanese Jiu Jitsu?

  • 0:32 tekken king combo move xD

  • im certain Shihan Henry does not need anyone to stand up for him but after meeting and having the pleasure of training with him a couple times I can assure you he is for real. for TheKimura4U, the video is not sped up, his hands really are that fast, and if you doubt his skills at all go to his academy and see what you can do. but be warned, if oyu disrespect him, he will make you squeal(probably with one hand) :)

  • would you ever use a combe that fast and vicious in a fight? it would like *opponent thorws a punch.....wham,bam,crash......call the ambulance lol, great video btw

  • @bigmanoooo1 Ty for the words bigmanoooo1 I have used this type of como in a fight on several occasions just not as long or as much lol but yes it definitely worked out well for me. Thanks again all the best

  • Sir....are you a robot? Cause that speed is IMPOSSIBLE! Other than the late Bruce Lee.

  • @MuayThaiReaper101 LOL no robot but nothing sped up at all so you judge yourself, ty for kind words.

  • @TimA340 watch in the mirrors: the other people move normally. this man is fast and skilled.

  • I have a question sir. Is it true the Navy SEALs train in Combat Jujustu/jJujitsu. My Uncle is a SEAL and he said they train H2H all the time.

  • @MuayThaiReaper101 yes but it also depends what team member, each shooter has their preferences each team may also choose. But yes many Seals have been trained in Combat JJ techniques to one deree or another. thank your Uncle for his service.

  • wooow! i have seen before this techniques but this aplications are really good!!!!

    sorry my english

    saludos!!!

  • Damn! Some really nice stuff there. Would like to see some more please

  • @proteinnerd Ty so much its a pleasure hearing such nice comments.

  • Daddy-o is quick!!

  • @mrpawka Ty never been called Daddy O before but its nice :)

  • @TimA340 : dude, you make a good name for old guys like me...I wish I was HALF as tight as you!! Where are you based in?

  • @TimA340 : dude, you make a good name for old guys like me...I wish I was HALF as tight as you!! Where are you based in? or do you have any recs for the DC area?...Peace.

  • @mrpawka Ty no sorry only in Canada and California right now.Ty for the nice comments Sir. Good luck in training

  • omg so deadly!

  • @TheCyoruk Deadly certainly is a good reference to what we do, but always remember its deadly for the purpose of achieving peace. Freedom and peace is not free.

  • Some of the other videos in the series will be 10 most effective techniques in a Bar Fight, How to guarantee triple your speed in under 30 days, 10 guranteed best techniques for MMA, Best ground techniques for street, elite stick fighting and more

    send msg if interested.

  • @TimA340 uah!) Im interested) I 'll be waiting for that videos)

  • If anyone is seriously interested Im currently putting together a super easy to follow step by step video series that will include all the same techniques Ive used to teach elite military special ops members from 5 different countries, Federal Law Enforcement, High level bodyguards and Security personell including but not limited to NightClub Staff. The videos will be very affordable and include about 25-30 techniques per video. If interested send me a msg.

  • Quite nice. Truth is, these moves--if delivered with real power, speed, and accuracy--could really kick some ass in a street-type fight.

Of course, it's true that a good boxer will in fact prevail in most street fights, also.

  • Fucking hell that guy is fast!

  • @VirgoBirrane Thanks for the compliment Virgo

  • Excellent video, I've been to two jujitsu classes so far and i'm sure as hell going to go to more. how many years have you been studying?

  • @Saxophonic Ty for the kind words. Answer to your question all my life.

  • some people think Brazilian Jujitsu is useless and is fake

  • could someone please tell me what the throw at 0:15-0:19 is?

  • @ISN1P3DI --Yeah thats a whip throw! This is very similar to the style I practice and teach. The style is Japanese Ju-Jitsu, Hontai Yoshin ryu!

  • @bigdags22 Oooo thank you Sensai, i did judo for a while and it looked a judo-type throw with a wrist lock, but alot more impressive ;)

  • @bigdags22 Actually no disrespect but that tech is a Kotegaeshinage an outward wrist twist throw and the other is sankyo with a kokyu nage not a whip throw. as a matter of fact that term was never used by Japanese its something made up by a western practictioner within the last 30 years or so. The term whip throw was utilized by westerners to illustrate something for them to remember the tech easier, so the whipping action was what they used as a name. But it is not proper JJ terminology. JMO

  • @TimA340 Sir, I think you are an illegal weapon!

  • @Rap4EvEeR I think this guy would be allowed... in Russia...

  • @Rap4EvEeR I think this guy would be allowed... in Russia... since the States sure as hell would be scared shitless.

  • gumo gumo no gatling gun

  • i´m practising for about three years now. hopefully i´ll be this skilled sometime.

i´d love to see some more great videos :)

  • I'd like to see more combat jujitsu practiced in t-shirts. Afterall, the average thug on the street won't be wearing a gi.

1:43 -< Are you having an epilleptic fit? :D

Seriously though some nice techniques in there ;)

  • @DriftProXL Your absolutely right, we wear the Gi for respect to the historical importance but we do often train in street Clothes. However a gi is really not much difft than a jacket and gi pants are very close to any standard pants or baggy jeans worn worldwide. If I can choke you out using a gi collar I can choke out an atacker using your sweater, jacket or shirt just as easily and have on several occasions. The seizures are better now thanks lol and ty for the nice compliments. Cheers

  • where in western canada are you located,, i have previous training in ketto ryu combat jujutsu and i would be interested in furthering my training

  • This is nice , I train Bjj , kodakan Judo and Muay Thai , What style is this?

  • @parks2000 This is Combat Jujutsu a style that combines all the roots of the original Jujutsu style from approx 2000 years ago and applies it towards more modern day needs, while still maintaining its historical integrity. Good luck in your training.

  • amazing!!! he's really good

  • @Brn2prtct ty very much, Ive worked hard for many years to be the best i can, itys nice to know its appreciated.

  • where the heck can i find a combat jujitsu class in california

  • @paintballz69 You can find what I teach in the Orange County area.

  • Respect!

  • @eguy83 Ty very much :)

  • It's over 9,000!!!! that's intense bombardment toward the end. Kudos for the Shihan

  • Where are u located...do u have a school? I would like to learn from you?

  • @dondanideli Ty for the nice comments. We are located in Canada West Coast, but I will be coming out with a very easy to follow step by step video training system. You are certainly welcome to train that way with us and its a great way to add to any training your currently doing. All the best

    Shihan Tim Henry

  • holy shit dude you are fast!

  • @Typictwins Ty very much.

  • Damn, you got them lighting fast punches during some of those clips. Much respect.

  • its so funny seeing moves i already know from the train :D

nice vid. keep up the gw.

    greetings from germany

  • Holy crap I can fight pretty good but that shit was amazing i wouldnt dare mess with you

  • Thats quite a compliment Ty, but in fact Id rather teach than fight, far more rewarding. All the best

    Shihan Tim Henry

  • you would rather teach then fight cause this stuff is cool looking but is ineffective against a fully resisting opponant... if it really worked it would be used in MMA.

  • Well actually if you must know, these techniques I have used in many conflict situations, street, nightclub, as well as in BG situations and security and law enforcement and this is against armed opponents, and some went to the ground and always worked for me. So if you think MMA is real you need to re evaluate REAL! N eye gouges, no throat punches, no groin kicks, no ear slaps, no neck manipulation, no small joint locks you call this Real. srry but what you do sir is sport not Real.

  • @Brazilianjj Its actually the opposite. Jujutsu is too brutal to be in UFC. The techniques taught snap bones and can kill, neither of which are common in the UFC, both of which are common in a real fight for your life. There are no rules when your out of the octagon, so, following your logic, that's why you stay in the octagon. In the octagon they usually tap before losing a limb, I believe the man in the video would've broken your bone before you realized tapping was an option. Good day, sir.

  • lmao

  • How do you condition to strike that fast in such a controlled manner or is it just on fast foward? Great video nonetheless!

  • Hi Bob,

Ty for the kind words. Well nthing was sped up I can assure you, but you can verify by watching everything around when i punch nothing is moving fast so no fast forward. Its just allot of continual practice.

All i can say is just relax when you hit and flow with your strikes. All the best

  • but still bjj is very strong on the ground

  • My friend teaches jujutsu and has asked me to look it up on youtube to decide if I would like to learn. I will say your clip has really helped me to make a decision to try it out. I understand that it takes a long time and serious commitment, but I think it seems to be a worthwhile effort. Thanks for the clip.

  • Your very welcome and I wish you well in your training.Jujutsu is a lifestyle as well as an art. Im sure you will do well as long as you enjoy it and it truly is enjoyable.

  • Thanks tim a340 i will give it some deep thought!

  • dude are you open for lessons i live on kelleys island ohio and i would love to learn JJJ!

  • Sir,

first off ty for the compliment and unfortunately I am nowhere near your location. But I do have some rather good news. I am in the midst of creating a complete step by step super easy to follow multiple camera videos of all our techhniques. If interested you can actually send me back and forth your tapes for my correction and also for testing. These tapes will be perfect for this and you will be able to obtain full credentials with my school and system. This is iopen to anyone. Take care

  • Also be advised that if your not interested in belt ranking or that sort of training and just want to add some of our ground game, armbars, throws, takedowns, weapon reversals etc and just pick and choose adding them to whatever your currently studying that will be fine as well and workout well. The clips will be as little as probably around $3-$6 depending or you can purchase all kneebars or armbars etc which may be as much as 10 or 20 clips for a very low package pricing. My goal is education

  • @TimA340 When will these clips be available?

  • @vtguy429 Appreciate taking the time to offer such nice comments TY very much.

  • Do you really want to purposfully take somone to the gorund in a street fight? His budies might be right around teh corner ready to pound you, plus he could have a knife...

  • scamper,

You are 100% correct you do not want to go to the ground with an attacker if you have an alternative choice and especially against multiple assailants its a definite no no! Taking an attacker to ground is a judgement call that is to be made at the time. Sometimes it is a good choice but in most cases it is not. If you do go to ground hit fast, break something and get up to your feet as a priority. These are just my sugestions. Best to stay on your feet and let him hit the ground :) JMO

  • thats y muy thai is better or karate on the streets even aikido

  • Ty very much and i wish you well and success in your continued training endeavors.

  • @SnoopingSasquatch Ty for your comments. A stated in my other vid clip guard up sometimes tell attackers too much, better to bait an attacker. Everything we do is "Maximum Damage Minimal Effort" Again this was a clip we threw together at student request after a class, it is in no way indicative of what we teach but merely a small piece of a very large and ever changing puzzle rooted in 2000 years of history and proven street experiences and actual applications of these wazas in real life threat

  • 1:34 - 1:38 Ohhh Holy Shit !!! Hmmm dont think anyone could come back form that

  • @Xethern

Except for that person in the background walking at an extremely fast pace :-0

  • @pelicanp00 if your referring to the person in background at 0:56 he was actually almost running out. Just to prov e it look at the speed Im doing the tech at when he leaves. I was almost stopped. if your inplying this vid is sped up in anyway, I welcome you to come and see for yourself in person. Nothing was sped up in this vid at all.You can see that by watching when I do anything at speed nothing in the background is moving fast at all. Sorry to dissapoint your skeptasism.

  • @pelicanp00 Also at 1:37 when I am executing the fastest striking techniques of the vid. Look in the mirror top right corner you'll see everyone walking past is moving at normal pace. But ty for the compliment, that you would see me fast enough to envolk your belief this video is sped up is indeed high praise and extremely complimentary thank you.

  • this is AIKIJITSUTE

  • 5000 hit combo!!!!

  • @2N0XiC4u Nah more like 34-40 lol but thx.

  • @TimA340 Dude teach me !!!

  • Oh my god!!! 1.33 how many hit combo???!?!?

  • Excellent , could you come down to Singapore?

  • Whats the song please, also 5 stars... good vid.

  • godsmack i stand alone thats the song you wanted

  • Awesome! xD

  • That's very interesting, i did not know combat sambo branched off of JJ. Ya learn something new everyday.

  • nice vid. correct me if im wrong but what i saw was combat(commando) sambo, judo, aikido, ju jutsu strikes. like the vid your pretty good.

  • Ty for your kind words and yes you are correct but 1 small detail. Judo 1882, Sambo 1918 and Aikido 1928 all come from jujutsu. What i teach is the orginal Combat style of Jujutsu 2700 yrs old with a modernized approach. the reason the reason u see similarities to Aikido etc is because those styles were all developed from JJ o as a Son has characteristics of his father so does these MA to JJ, hope it helps.

  • please tell me more about this style of jujitsu as i`ve never come across anything that old in research . I`m very interested to hear more or even see maybe if your club has a website or blog etc

  • Great video!!! First of all your speed is amazing. I am doing Ju Jitsu for 6 years and I have seen some fast punches but this is lightspeed.

Techniques are also great. Most demonstrations like this have one common thing. The sparing is usualy lightweight but that guy has probably more than 100kg and he is heavier than you. Great! How long are you doing JJ? 30 years?

  • Mamo,

First thank you for the kind words and yes my uke is about 270lbs over 130 kg

I have been training 40 yrs and again thank you for your kind words. Keep up your training in JJ im sure youll do great.

    All my best

    Shihan T henry

  • this looks really useful cept you cant do shit wen theres 2ppl to smack

  • Actually bbyoy thats extremely far from the tuth, we train multiple attacker scenarios all the time, having myself been involved in numerous multiple attackers conflicts I can say for fact that our training and tactis work very well.Heres a few tips fighting multiples never focus more than strike on each person, always keep moving never stop, screen attackers by using each other in their way, Hit vital points throat , eyes ect Redirect attackers force energy, never go to a clinch or to ground

  • @TimA340 Very practical advises. Only I would add if you have a chance to take down the strongest of them first. Good job man. I have seen a lot martial arts and in my modest opinion the way you do things is very practical and effective. Totally with you ! Where are you located ?

  • Brazilian jujitsu is more for 1-on-1

    this looks more effective though

  • Cross straight arm bar is a personal fave, but I would never use it on the street, ever! !

    Kick ass moves though!

  • this seems to be more effective in the streets than BJJ which focuses 100% on grappling

  • I think there is a little silat in this ,combined with jitsu-am I right

  • ganz cool^^

  • looks littlbit like wing tsun compare with judo

  • Nice work :-)

And nice mix between standing selfdefence and groundwork.

  • hi, i wanted to ask you if the martial art you show in the video is brasilian jiu jitsu or japanese jiu jitsu or a combination of martial arts... thanks for your time

  • @renguitooo its ju jutsu and not jiu jitsu

  • ju jutsu and jiu jitsu are diferent names for the same martial art depending on which country yo name it... like to say wing chung, wing tsun ving tsun... its the same martial art, but brasilian or japanese are totaly diferent disiplines

  • You are quite mistaken. Brazilian jiu jitsu is based off japanese judo which is based off japanese ju jitsu. Lots of moves you see here are the original form of the submissions used in BJJ and the throws are the original form of throws used in judo.

  • @renguitooo well, i have a book with all techniqes from ju jutsu and some from brazilian jiu jitsu. its called ju jutsu 1x1. there are a few differences

  • thats why i said that brasilian jiu jitsu and japanese jiu jitsu are diferent martial arts... but to say japanese jiu jitsu or japanese ju jutsu its the same.. im from argentina and here we call it jiu jitsu.. im sure that if you go to japan it wont sound like ju jutsu exactly... sorry for the spelling mistakes

  • I train jujitsu too and that was good street defence tips ;)

  • Hi I like very much.

I chuckled at the thougth of being in a real fight and doing the fast non connecting strikes. something i would do

    cool vid, nice moves

  • Coooool Man i have to learn how to do this

  • hi Jose, Thank you for the words. I have a DVD Instructional coming out soon that shows this and a ton more in super easy to follw instructional format if interested.

  • who was that guy

  • Sorry Speed but im not quite sure of your question. You mean who was that guy doing the techniques? It was myself and my Uke with me was one of my students.

  • This is a awsome video! Makes me regret that I quit a couple of years back.

  • Thank you for the kind words :)

  • fast as lighting on the hitting moves^^ niiice!

  • Thanks for taking the time. glad you liked it, allot of years of practice :) and good camera lighting :) lol

  • the best street defence is run you ass off lmfao

  • Absolutely, best block against a punch be a block away down the street away from the punch thanks for posting

  • Blotto its an example and if i need to explain that to you then your apparently not as informed on combative videos as most viewers. This was a clip taken after a class at the request of some students. it wasnt a hardcore street instructional video. Trust me if you wanted that I would be happy to put one together, because thats what i do for a living. i train special forces, Police tactical, Correctins etc and it doesnt get more real than that, but thx for your observations. :)

  • Ok tell me how a flying arm bar is useful on the street?

The point I am trying to convey is his friends will stomp your head it. The ground/grappling range is the last thing you want to do out there.

  • Oh and by the way i would say probably at least 75% of what i showed in this video i have used in my past occupations of law enforcement personal security protection (bodyguard work) and Law enforcement a well as a few personal situatins and the techniques worked flawlessly without a hitch and the results were actually in some cases even more effective than I thought they'd be. So as some of thisis indeed flashy more for students immediate fun after class the majority is fully functional.

  • first move just blew me away, can you please demonstrate a tutorial so that i may learn this?

great video and great moves. keep it up please!

  • I will be creating a DVD set of all levels of techniques very soon and all step bystep instructional if interested.

  • I really like this! I'd love to see the DVD, i have been doing standing martial arts for years but could really do with some Jujitsu skills.

  • i would really like to see you in a real life combat situation thats some of the best moves i have seen plz do some more vids!

  • part 2

So yea...im seeing a Rare mixture of American Kenpo (with that speed and explosiveness and hand striking techniques)...and the technical techniques and locks of Aikido, Hapkido, Jui-Jitsu.....verry rare to possess both those seperate groups of skill sets. Usually, you only see..JUST one set (in 1 person).

    So yes...very good, Bravo :-)

  • Surreal thank you for the very appreciative compliments. All I can say is I can only do my best and just allot of continual practice and hope it works out for my students. all the best

  • ioh yea, ur Very welcome my friend........always good to say a man doing good..AND teaching and passing on the knowledge (knowledge of all forms)..

You should put up alot more of these kinds of videos!

    Welp....take care buddy.

    -Surreal

  • well Sir......i dont get impressed easyily, in fact, im RARELY impressed........this comming from a person gifted with Incredible speed and power..(boxing AND martial arts, most of my life)..

but im impressed by that there......im impressed with the speed and explosiveness (explosiveness is a whole Seperate intity from "speed", in my opinion)...but anyway...im impressed with That...and the combination of you also using aikido and hapkido type moves. ......................Continued

  • fast as hell

  • wow! amazing!

  • I study (well should now be studied) Aikido in Glasgow when i stayed there a few months ago and alot of the stuff shown here in this video is very similar, Shiho nage, Kotegaishi and a few others, one similar to nikkyo (wrist lock).

Very interesting video. I was considering starting JJ in the near future.

    Awesome vid - Shihan ?

  • Well obsidian you can criticize all you like sir but at the end of the day, being able to fall on concrete withut injury is a madatory skill in our arsenal. thats why we can pull off these moves and by the way i have on more than a few situations and without injury to myself I might add. If all you got out of watching my vid is that minor little critique well sir, then you have a very shallow way of vieing things lol srry for that. wish you luck from where I sit seems as though you may need it.

  • video called street defence and the first move shown is where you land on your back lol. not very safe on concrete is it?

  • awesome!

  • LH thank you so much for the kind words. All the best

    Shihan Tim Henry

  • Hey Shihan its dave here i was checking out johnny's schedule on his website and it seemed differn't was just wondering if your still teaching on thursday nights - Dave

  • Hey Dave,

yup 830 thursdays, just finished a great class as a matter of fact everyone had a good time.Missed ya there.

    Shihan

  • Damn Shihans crazy whenever i get bored i just watch this video... ive never asked where was all this shot shihan ?

  • Too fnny,It was filmed in Ftness world our old school training location.

    Shihan

  • You are special this type of Jiu Jitsu is awesome and I wish you taught in my city!!!

  • I hold personally several black belts in JJ My highest rank is 7th dan, but i am not prepared to turn this into a paper on the wall discussion, to me skill and rank is demonstrated on the mat not on the uniform

  • dude which guy is you?

  • GREAT VIDEO!!!!!!

  • Great video TimA340!!

I love how smooth your technique is :)

I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, just a begginer, little over a year of training but im loving it :)

  • Oh btw, those strikes near the end,are those from your WC training?

Becaouse it seems very similar and its nice to see a blend of Ju Jitsu and WC :)

I always considered WC a great self defense martial art but lacking the ground game, this way its completed :)

And if i may ask, which belt do you hold in Bjj?I know its not about the belt but still in good schools with good instructors belt proves you good :)

  • XxTest I'm very sorry to hear of your uncles incident, I hope he has recovered physically and mentally from it. I believe whatever your happy with and what works for you personally is the right path to follow. Whether its Krav Jujutsu etc doesnt matter what matters is your intentions are positive, your attitude is positive and you feel it fits you. Good luck in your path and Im sure you'll do well. Thank you for you very kind words.

  • My uncle got robbed and stabbed one year ago and after this I started taking Self-Defence lessons ... I'm doing Krav Maga lessons at the moment (although I know many ppl don't see it as a "good" technic) but as soon as I have enough time I want to do Jujutsu too.

My deepest respect to you TimA340

  • wow

  • Packo ty very much sir. judo is a direct branch of JJ and a great sport aspect of the art. Im sure you'll enjoy JJ alot as long as you find a good teacher. What i teach is Combat jujutsu Old style :)

  • Thanks for posting mate,

I do judo and taking up ju jitsuï»
