ok I got my server working & online. the default editor is simple, mapping is way easier which is awesome!...but I can't find most of the advance options. btw can u use the original 4x4 charsets? if not, how the heck do u import your own sprite sheet? I need help

also, is the sprite animation bugged? the walking sequence bothers me lol (crippled leg?) is there a way to fix that? I'll be looking forward for updates in the forums

First you need to make yourself an owner. It's different in different versions, but in 2.7 you open the server, open the client, register and log in, then go to the server and choose your player in the Players tab, set access to 5, go back to client, press F1, go to edit, Edit NPCs, click on a blank number, and fill in all the stuff to make a new NPC. To place an NPC in your map go to Edit Map -> Properties -> NPCs

To make quests you need to learn SadScript, or go onto the Eclipse forums to the script database and find a quest script there, and adapt it slightly to your needs.

They are usually in the file, if not download them. right click, and press open. It will take you through a process for installation.
