Yeah he did do 15's for a season. He played for Leicester Tigers in England but it didnt work out, i think he was always too cold!! Legend at 7's though!!
Yeah mate he played 15s for years for Fiji, at least 3 world cups (maybe 4 not too sure). He even played club in Japan for a few years I think, before he went to Leicester. He was more suited to the 7s style though - just the best ever....

yeah but serevi was a professional rugby player who did actualyl play international 15 a side aswell, ryder is a soccerp layer hwo was spotted by serevi, he is a sevens specialist and not a "rugby specialist" as such. IT is a very different game form 15 a side.

Fiji is amazing, i love there style of rugby,i live in canada and everyone in canada thinks you have to be big and strong to play rugby, but Fiji has mostly small skinny guys,but they are awsome to watch and there back are untouchable... amazing

Anyone has any idea how ryder trains his explosive acceleration step? The one he explodes from a first gear into a full throttle with the"kick step".I kinda know how the step is done(i hope) but not reali sure hw the power can b trained?For some1 2 produce tht kinda of power wld require a lot of hipflexor strength,n i can only tink of the power clean. I put my money on power cleans but am open 2 other suggestions or ACTUAL knowledge.Any1 with an idea pls come fwd n offer ur piece.Thanks!

Serevi undisputed god of sevens. does anyone know if he ever played 15 a side? interesting to see how his steps held up against a rugby union team. but c'mon, man has twinkling feet.

Yeah he did do 15's for a season. He played for Leicester Tigers in England but it didnt work out, i think he was always too cold!! Legend at 7's though!!

Yeah mate he played 15s for years for Fiji, at least 3 world cups (maybe 4 not too sure). He even played club in Japan for a few years I think, before he went to Leicester. He was more suited to the 7s style though - just the best ever....
