It could have been that the operator was just fine and got stuck, and prior to the water level getting out of hand they moved it, like what is happening here?
In Corpus Christi, very frequently, people park cars in the beach at low tide.
They go off, and come back to a flooded car, or frantic calls to a tow company.
Border patrol and law enforcement will not help, liability.
I charge $375 a pop, the regular tow services do over $500,.
Who drives a heavy machine in deep mud without mud mats? And who doesn't check the tide times? All this could have been avoided if people where not so stupid, STUPID AND MACHIINE DONT MIX
