@Aawsy because all there music sound the same, look up all nickelback songs sound the same, they use the same chord progressions, drum beats, and timing on the bridge and choruses. but i still like them, but still, thats a proven fact.
A billion people have already said that it's tuned wrong and whatnot. It's sposed to be tuned half a step down, which means you can basically just move the baré chords one fret lower. So instead of playing 7-6-6 you play 6-5-5 and so fourth. Good job though, you got the strumming strumming down properly! Keep it up =D

well allot of peeps wou!ld say it sucks..........................i'm not one of them :) there are allot of mistakes in the song but know what you are a beginner :) and you can play bar chords and that isn't eassy in the start so i'll say that it wasn't all that bad and well keep practicing and all that stuff :) you'll make it :p rock on !!
im not trying to be an ass or a know it all but your guitar is waaaayyyy out of tune.......get a set of pitch pipes or a good tuner....i have played for years and by now i can tune completely by ear...you will get there if you keep at it.....just a little constructive criticism to help you out
Miint lol. Wasn't bad at all - wish I was that good when i was a beginner lol. That would have taken me about 3 years to learn! =). Yeh, try doing it again, but tuning the guitar to EADGBE - it would sound a lot better =)
The tuning sounds off by a bit.

you're wrong... it's all played one fret down...so the guitar is out of tune about one half tone ...but not the whole half tone as you can hear :D

It is a Squire, I used to own one a few years back.
Its tuned in but he's played it a fret lower, it starts on
079900 not 068800 thats all he's messed up on :D

it sounds like your guitar is not tuned half step down. sounds like it is standard tuning or something i can't tell.
