Hi. I`m making a story for a norwegian public broadcaster. A bunch of local farmers have flooded their owm fields demanding the government to cough up money to start the pumps again. Local enviromentalists are thrilled. Can I use a couple of seconds from this video to illustrate how it has been done in Otmoor.
