I have no problem with the cops in Stratford. You, on the other hand, must have done something to insight their "douchebag"-iness.

They've never done anything wrong to me, and I've had my fair share of trouble. They've done their jobs, and I've lived with the consequences. They are just as "bad" as any other cops in the world, so I have no problems with them.
