The trash can is actually just out the front of the garage to the right. ( looking from the front of the house ) you can see this on one of the stewie kills lois eps when joe, clevland and glenn find the pictures and gun that stewie through out.

@zfvids well it's really hard to make it perfect because when animating the house, the animators didn't take into consideration that it isn't physically possible to have all those details, there just isn't enough space. but you should click the link in the description for a video of the inside of the house!
