These guys captured the song live pretty good. I was wondering minus some of the sound effects if it would be any good. They did a hell of a job doing this live. Their voices are pretty intact as well. Nice job. I loved this song as a kid. As a matter of fact most kids will take to this song.
I do remember this song on the radio in February, 1964, right when the Beatles hit the U.S. It's a shame that we don't have doo-woppy, fun, imaginative songs like this anymore...
Worth more than $1400 per ounce gold. I'm 66, and remember it all. Dancing, driving, falling in love every weekend!! Devotions and Rip Van Winkle will far outlive me.
Hey DooWopJoe, Since you posted this side from the Devotions, could you please post the flip side, Sentimental Reasons by them also, if you do, Thanks very much.
Sorry, but this is the only video I have by the Devotions. I am not into posting songs without videos. There are many other people who do that, and a number of them have already uploaded the song you mentioned. So, if you do a search on Devotions, Sentimental Reasons, you will find them.

He also sang with Randy & the Rainbows a few times.(stand in) Good memories......
