454ffv, go on ur desktop screen, right click and make a new folder, call it desmume or no$gba, whatever ds rom ur using to play pokemon white or black. after u finished downloading pokemon and the ds rom, extract the files and copy and paste them into the folder u name no$gba or desmume.

@piplup10203854 its not at all a stupid question actuly, what you need to do is buy a ds cart called r4 or something like it it allows you to download roms and put them in a sd card onto your ds but it doesn't work on dsi inless you have a special version or a really old dsi
