nice work as always!!! I am a dentist from Athens,Greece and i am very impressed with the results you have with your bone cocktail.Could you please tell me how many parts of bone and dynagraft you use?Which tetracycline powder you use?I would be very obliged if you answer me!! Keep helping us with your posts doctor!
thanks for your answer. i meant if you have a treatment where you have to do a flap anyway but have to graft (ie toothloss a while ago and not enough bone horizontally). could you use the material without a membrane and close the flap after slicing the periosteum just over the graft? this would be really cool. membranes are far too expensive.
@franksterling you know if I am doing onlay grafting then I do aggressive (bleeding/decortication) site prep and with the graft in place I use a membrane; normally biomend. If I am doing implant placement one stage with grafitng in the anterior then I add AlloDerm over it. The cost is always added into the treatment plan and sometimes I don't need to use it so the patient doesn't have to pay but at least they know ahead of time.
Hi! great video as usual. Unfortunately i didnt catch it why you could leave the bonegraft in the sockets without membrane and sutures. Did you use any special kind ofmarerial or does it just work in general?

@franksterling this putty acts like a membrane and excludes the soft tissue.
