SM- A business is opened to make profit. Idols don't have to sign contracts if they don't agreed w/ the terms.
JCS-People have the right to choose their career path or freedom.
YH&CM- These 2 are happy to be TVXQ, no issue whatsoever.

Over 800K registered fans just didn't fall down from the sky; it was a result of the teamwork (the 5s & SM's management like song writers, choreographers, stylist ...). The boys were like ABC stores in Hawaii (All Block Covered); they were everywhere. Would they have that many fans if TVXQ5 just promoted in a few TV programs or concerts?
what you're saying is so true. but as a Cassie i still wish they'll be back as a 5 member group. the harmony they create as 5 is still better than just JYJ or HoMin. i became a fan cause of all 5 members. yes, individually they are doing good but i still prefer then singing as 5 than just 2 or 3. i know its against all the odds now but in still hoping JYJ and HoMin get back together as 5...

i like this. i'm not a fan of tvxq, homin or jyj, but it's hard to avoid the issue as long as i'm a music fan. this is a very good way of seeing the perspective of a clear headed, mature fan of these guys.
all 5 of them are very talented from what i've seen and heard, i hope they all continue to make great music from now on, and that nothing (especially each other) will prevent them from promoting it.

Haven't there been other lawsuits against SME from their artists? Coincidentally, artist who have generated quite a bit of profit for SME? I'm not too familiar with the whole situation but my friend who is from KOREA, told me that SME has a history of dealing with such lawsuits. It's just the first the time that it's been so OUT THERE in the public. (I'm guessing cuz of TVXQ's large fanbase).

JYJ said themselves that they feel a bit upset that HoMin is using the name TVXQ, but they also feel thankful that TVXQ's name hasn't appeared and that HoMin is keeping it for them while JYJ is gone.
I don't think HoMin was trying to imply that they do not need the other three members. They have as much right as JYJ to continue their career. Yunho said in an interview that he has waited for his friends for 2 years and 3 months. He missed being on stage, because he loves his job as a singer. Both Yunho and Changmin loved what they do and worked so hard, and they don't deserve the bashing from many JYJ-biased fans.
Yunho reveals that Jaejoong and Junsu and Yoochun has never contacted Changmin or Yunho.
Jaejoong heard the news and wrote in his twitter to prove that he is actually saying this that He has contacted Yunho and Changmin but they have not responded and Jaejoong just texted Yunho and asked if he cud read it.

Excellent video. To me JYJ & HoMin are sub-groups of the currently dormant TVXQ. I don't like the fact that HoMin are "using" the TVXQ name. SM- A business is opened to make profit. Idols don't have to sign contracts if they don't agreed w/ the terms.
JCS-People have the right to choose their career path or freedom.
YH&CM- These 2 are happy to be TVXQ, no issue whatsoever.

(1/2) Although the video is over 13 minutes but not boring at all. I agree w/ most things said except for SM/contract stuff & the names.
Over 800K registered fans just didn't fall down from the sky; it was a result of the teamwork (the 5s & SM's management like song writers, choreographers, stylist ...). The boys were like ABC stores in Hawaii (All Block Covered); they were everywhere. Would they have that many fans if TVXQ5 just promoted in a few TV programs or concerts?

what you're saying is so true. but as a Cassie i still wish they'll be back as a 5 member group. the harmony they create as 5 is still better than just JYJ or HoMin. i became a fan cause of all 5 members. yes, individually they are doing good but i still prefer then singing as 5 than just 2 or 3. i know its against all the odds now but in still hoping JYJ and HoMin get back together as 5...

They're two groups now and we gotta accept that. Doesn't mean that they won't come back as five, but neither does it mean that they will. The only thing we can do is to support them individually. Thank you so much!

i like this. i'm not a fan of tvxq, homin or jyj, but it's hard to avoid the issue as long as i'm a music fan. this is a very good way of seeing the perspective of a clear headed, mature fan of these guys.
all 5 of them are very talented from what i've seen and heard, i hope they all continue to make great music from now on, and that nothing (especially each other) will prevent them from promoting it.

@kuroholic I checked the online registration for TVXQ’s fanclub “Casseopia” and Membership Requirements are: Fans of TVXQ (YH & CM), residing in Korea. Technically speaking, international fans can't be called a Cassie. But for Cassies at hearts are true TVXQ5's fans & new TVXQ's fans (fans whom only know TVXQ as 2 since their comeback in Jan'11)
I'm not a Cassie & don't want to be one. I'm a YH&CM supporter since 2008. True fans are those whom support their idols w/out insulting others.

Also, I haven't hate anyone in my entire life. In life, I'll stay away from people whom have ill heart but never hate them. Anyway, better yet you don't know the details because you might have heartache regardless who is your bias. Anyway, what done is done. Respect the 5 decisions whether they are staying or going regardless of the reason! Just support your idols positively w/out hating on others. Be Happy :-)!

Generally my opinion of KYHD was better than Ayy Girl, I love them both, but there's a truth in this. The MV was better, however Ayy Girl was undeniably addictive to listen to...

What you said about the fanclubs, very interesting.
I love all 5 & nothing would please me more than to have them back together like before. So hearing things like "We are JYJ's Junsu, Yoochun, Jaejoong" still makes me feel bad... but coming down to it, it's still all about the music.
I love the music of both groups, I love the music of TVXQ5. I guess that makes me a Cassiopeia+Holyshinki+Orion.

You could make similar arguments about Big Bang being the 'gods' or 'kings' of kpop. Just because you like the sound of one group better PERSONALLY does not mean that they are better overall.
They are still very very talented. But there is ALWAYS someone better. Always.

I know he tweeted about him sending him a text. But we don't know if Yunho received it or not. My theory is, that he probably did. See, Jae is the 'act first think later' type of person. So, I think that if Yunho didn't reply, or call Jae(in response to his text)that Jae would've tweeted about how disappointed he is(then maybe delete it later). Since he didn't, the text MAY have gotten through and they MAY have talked(that's just my little thought).

I feel the exact same way you do. Fan girls can get really scary sometimes. Anyway also along the line of you going to see a movie just to hear their song, I happen to also be a major fan of a Japanese singer, GACKT. I recently bought a world studies geography book just because it had a picture of a shopping center in Tokyo in it, which had displayed on the building a gigantic advertisment of GACKT's Mizerable on it. and turns out, it was all wrong. korean translators confirmed it. all that the the one admin of dnbn had said was that she was angry that sm was trying to split the fandom. it really sounds stupid but i know that's the truth. i know dnbn has been around too long to do something so ridiculous.

1. yunho wanted to protect the name TVXQ, they didnt wanna see something they worked hard for just disappear. We all know that tvxq will never be 5 anymore (i'm sorry it the reality), so i support Homin's decision to promote under TVXQ.

I like them as artists and will continue to support them as such, no matter how they decide to continue their career. That's about it. Seriously, everyone is blaming SM but have it occur to you all that maybe SM is not in the wrong? I'm not saying that it's JYJ's or Homin's fault.(I happen to love Yunho and Junsu A LOT). But if SM is being such a bastard, why aren't the rest of the groups under it complaining? I love DBSK as 5 but I'll continue to support them as JYJ and TVXQ(HoMin) I agree with linzerdinzertv. Haven't there been other lawsuits against SME from their artists? Coincidentally, artist who have generated quite a bit of profit for SME? I'm not too familiar with the whole situation but my friend who is from KOREA, told me that SME has a history of dealing with such lawsuits. It's just the first the time that it's been so OUT THERE in the public. (I'm guessing cuz of TVXQ's large fanbase).

JYJ said themselves that they feel a bit upset that HoMin is using the name TVXQ, but they also feel thankful that TVXQ's name hasn't appeared and that HoMin is keeping it for them while JYJ is gone.

I don't think HoMin was trying to imply that they do not need the other three members. They have as much right as JYJ to continue their career. Yunho said in an interview that he has waited for his friends for 2 years and 3 months. He missed being on stage, because he loves his job as a singer. Both Yunho and Changmin loved what they do and worked so hard, and they don't deserve the bashing from many JYJ-biased fans.

@dooreekim94 No one of TVXQfamily deserve to be bashed, cuz so far, SME is the only one wall that isn't doing his part x.x
and homin wanted to comebaxk cuz we now they love it.
maybe the TVXQ name could be another way like? HoMin from TVXQ, but this, sadly, is the only way now.
at least, keep TVXQ name there, cuz JYJ is just called like that by media since JYJ name appeared.

Yunho reveals that Jaejoong and Junsu and Yoochun has never contacted Changmin or Yunho.
Jaejoong heard the news and wrote in his twitter to prove that he is actually saying this that He has contacted Yunho and Changmin but they have not responded and Jaejoong just texted Yunho and asked if he cud read it.
hm I wonder wat Yunho's reply will be....

Yunho said that IF JaeChunSu did try and contact them, they wouldn't have known because their numbers are different, plus they've been getting a lot of prank calls lately, so it makes it hard for them to answer their phones.

Excellent video. To me JYJ & HoMin are sub-groups of the currently dormant TVXQ. I don't like the fact that HoMin are "using" the TVXQ name. I hate all the digs, pokes, covert & overt childish bickering & the fact that other SM artists are jumping in & acting as SM's puppets & mouthpieces to berate JYJ. I hate SM's blatant sabotage of JYJ. Saying all that I will support both parties' “material” but choose to ignore all of the senseless politics. It’s just too much of a head F***.

I support your views in letting the fans officially split without fighting and about multiple fandom identities at the same time. However, I'm not sure if this is something to happen easily not just because of denial of the Cassies, but it's about all the "loyalty" s**t. I'm afraid that especially the Korean Cassies are not going to accept the reality, because in my opinion this whole Lolsuit and split pretty much resembles the Korean War . . . minus the bloodbath . . .

. . . so if we all think of it that way, we'd understand why it's so sad and damaging. Brothers fighting brothers, families fighting each other, split, torn apart and never got to see each other again. It's seriously as tragic as the War splitting the Korean people and Peninsula into two. That's why the "loyalty", "ONE Cassiopeia" and anti-split sentiments/denial are especially prevalent among the K-Cassies. It can't be helped by any international fans like us . . the complexity is beyond us :(

To SME loyalty is, just cuz SME helped to bring one person/group, they have to be with SME 4ever and ever without complain.
To cassiopeia is like 5 together and their works, don't matter how biased u are.
loyalty sometimes is good, in others is just to background the control, like in nazism XD

AMEN!!! 7 pages to be exact. (Handel's 'Messiah' reference *gets whacked). Honestly don't have anything else to add. You've said it all! And shout out to Asian Pop Addict for the interview with Shane Yoon who jokingly said JYJ fans should be called Orion or "Ories" It definitely stuck!
