This is what we need to start using for Drivers ED. like he said in the end there.

it's safe and it could potentially save alot of teen drivers' lives b/c if you get into a crash you won't die since it's a simulator.

Also, it would save on gas and you can project any surroundings you want into the simulation.

Probably one of the many isi based sims. Lots of large motion simulations used the physics engine from RFactor Pro versions in custom ways, but not sure if this is one. You can make your own motion chair that works with the isi engine (gtr-2, Rfactor, richard burns rally, etc..).
