what you should do is catch a minccino with technician and level it up until it learns tail slap (level 31 i think?) and then evolve it to cinccino at that point u can then use the heart scales at the move tutor to reteach your cinccino bullet seed rock blast and something else that hits multiple times

you could also give it this item that makes or this other item that i think increases how many times the attacks hit this would give you a pokemon that has a lot of different types of moves
