Nop, they were created specificaly for this song, they even had made some doujinshis(fan comics, not porn) and a wiki of the story, fanmade vocaloids doesn't appear in all the versións, also only Haku is voyakiloid, neru is boucaloid & zatsune is a vocaloid(fan-made but still)
