@JsAMMyrOX EXACTLY the same! In fact, you are really doing the exact same thing, you just hold the yarn with the other hand, and have to adjust a little bit for that. I do tend to knit a little looser when I knit continental, but that's a good thing for me. My stitches before were too tight!
