Cyber Bullying - Unethical and Risky Internet Behaviour

Someone who would kill themselves over being bullied obviously has a mental illness, but also somebody who would go through all the trouble of harassing somebody has one as well. To outright blame somebody(like a bully) for someone else's actions(like a bullying victim who commits suicide) is absurd. That would be like blaming the bully if the victim of the bullying went to school with a gun and blew the bullies brains out with it.
