Used to do this song in a band in the 80s.. Always loved the tune. You did a real nice job. Really enjoyed it. At the risk of sounding hyper critical, I personally think that if you were trying to fatten the lead vocal, you might back one off so it's in more of support role.. For me it seriously detracts from the performance.. Your voice is strong enough to carry it.. You don't need to do it. Or Just go w/ the best performance and add a bit of echo (ala John Lennon/Instant Karma) or reverb.. :)

Awesome. Great song and a great acoustic interpretation of it. The chord changes aren't easy to play on an acoustic guitar (i.e. piano part against the bass line with just a 6 string) but you sound fantastic. Vocals and the production were also there. Kudos to you my friend!! Great post.
