  • wow!!! that chick at 50 secs.... ding dong

  • what happens if the tyre goes flat

  • Holy shit. SO what you can do this for free (like what the guy said about switching stations after 30 minutes). But damn, 23KG is like pedaling a bike, with 10 bricks tied to it.

  • a 23kg bike will discourage anyone from using it BECAUSE it's use would be for commuting, not for exercise.

  • Dublin has the exact same thing for quite a long time

  • I'd rent one if they were gas powered and I didn't have to pedal.

  • 50 POUNDS> OMG.

  • Wow, free wheels

  • They will get robbed eventally.

  • They do the same thing in France! :D

  • Wow, free bike

  • @78UNKNOWN No, they have your information and can charge you for it if you intend to keep it.

  • & what if a docking station is full... you've then gotta go find another station, or face paying a tonne more. What a stupid idea!

  • @flamehabbo If it's the same as in Montrea you can ask for an extra 15 minutes if the station is full. For free.

  • oiii boris! u kidding me blad? 50 quid a day is just ridiculous

  • They'll all be in some wogs back garden within a week.

  • They look like girl bikes..

  • !!!! £50 all be nicked in a week

  • It sounds lie a great idea but £50 for a day! I would rather stand on a packed tube train!

  • @thatmfeeling

If you need to hire a bike for a day, this is not for you. I don't know why people find it so hard to understand how it works!!

These bikes are meant to be used for short trips around Central London; none of which should take more than 1/2 hour. In case you take longer than that, you just have to dock it in and take a new bike and you will have another 30 mins free. It's not rocket science!!

  • @Faby23 I do understand that. I am not stupid. I was expressing the fact that £50 is a large amount of money if someone did use it for the whole day. I would rather stand on a tube train that use a bike in London even if the bike was £1 for the whole day. But great to the people who do use them and thanks for the reply.
