This is fantastic! I always knew that Gorrilaz song was reminiscent of the beats in the Quad City Dj era. It's like you breathed new life into the the Ride It song (which has worn it's welcome at weddings). Awesome.

i can see this being a great remix how ever it sounds like crap right now. work on it alot more.

I discovered this cosmic connection Mid-July. The songs have been altered the least possible to showcase how well they line up with one another. I originally intended to mix Quad City DJ's music video with Gorillaz', but wasn't able to find a workable copy of it. So instead I mixed two Gorillaz videos together. The sync on the video is poor, but the song came out hot and silky. The stereo effect got removed however =_=
