About 21 years ago my hobby was to play around with a ham radio. Back then I made contact once with somebody from Pawtucket. Is that area considered as the Northeastern coast? I am not sure, it has been a long time ago. I have seen an interesting lecture recently, I am sure you will like it, I will send it to you :-))
