Great job, Al!! Way to push the ticket! I would have used heavier weights myself, if I had them. I am stuck at 25lbs a piece, unless I took the time to consolidate them between sets...though, I guess I could have done one arm at the time, and consolidated the weights.
Wow your modifications are tough. I love how you always explain the physical basics of everything. And thank you for the other video with the demonstrations btw. It helped a lot.
WTG Al! You nailed in on great form...I'm all about form also. I love the tips..but...save them for a separate video like you did before. These challenges are meant to be done somewhat right in a row with no rest or stopping in between...that is what makes it a challenge. Your weekly NGU video should just be the challenge itself ; ) Keep the tips coming though, totally appreciated!
@ShiloSugarbush Your probably right. In my defence, my HRM was at 85-90% MHR so there's no problem with keeping up the pace on the challnge part. (you can clearly see at many spots I'm outta breathe) and judgment ususally gets tossed out the window at 1:30AM after a 10 hour shift burning about 700-850 cals/hour fixing 700 volt 42 tonne light rail trains. I'll cut the 'chat' to a minimum next vid.
@alyoko03 Oh...I know you were totally feeling it...I could see the sweat and breath control. Believe me when I say..."You brought it"! We know you have the skills...let's see you bang it out all in a row ; ) Keep it up....and I love your humor, hehe! ^5's!
Awesome job!!! Great form, killer weights, and real man-sweat lol! Loved it Al!!! You did finish strong!! Remember to attach it to the Week 2 challenge vid =)

@maddmaddworld I am fortunate to have the use of the company gym 24/7 and very few people ever use it
