1 thing i see that is wrong - wait for the exhaustion debuff to leave before starting - helps a lot if you are behind the enrage

Thaddius isnt even that hard. Gluth and/or grobbulus is harder (depending on your class)

You need to watch for the debuff, well, thats how I do it, im sure theres an addon which tells your everytime you get a debuff though

This video was made within 2 weeks of Naxx coming out but I had to re-upload it due to copyright, now I have 33K HP unbuffed. Back then I was using SWP gear and a few 80 things :)

Never said that running around was better then through. Was just talking about the reasoning behind why some people did it. As for the entire lag issues with not raiding. If you took out people that lagged at all for raiding you would see a significant drop in volume of people. I know in raids I attended that 1 in 5 people didn't have at least some latency or frame rate issue causing the lag. But oh well. Just reasoning behind the movement for helping lag. But of course Through>Around is better.

Side note on the running around the boss. It's for people with latency issues who lag a bit during fights. My comp is great but my internet...not so great. So while I've moved around to the other side my lag ghost might not make it through till 5 seconds later and Blizzard's servers being how wonderful they are track my charecter on the 5 second delay. So every so often it's just nice enough to spike the raid with a wrong debuff. Not so much about time efficiency as it is about damage control.
