There is something more there...I ask her NOT to let hair divid us...i agree I dont think I have seen one head of locks that i didn't find beautiful...ALL is a personal choice..keep showing us those awesome long hair styles ...the thought that I want be able to find you and those styles years from now when my locks get long gave me a bit of anxious...

i think that when some ppl become frustrated with limited role models they can identify with they respond with retaliation as a way to lift oneself up instead of a search for unifying factors...its unfortunate and hopefully people live and learn...knowing ones self worth and using that as a piller to empower oneself might be that 1st step for that young lady to heal whatever hurt came out in a not so nice way....
I also love the secret, I have it in rotation on my I-Pod and get to randomly listen to chapters and it's great because I can get a positive message and any time just to reflect. I finished reading Your Best Live Now which is also a great book to just reflect on your energy and focus of life and where you want it to go. It's a braidout. Braid locs when wet, let them dry completely, take them a loose. Thanks for the compliment ;)

Try water and vegetable glycerin in the baby's hair...you can find at your local health food store...its great stuff! ;)

Sometimes my scalp can get dry, but I never get flakes. The castor oil pretty much takes care of the itchies.

You can find glass beads at any bead shop. Surprisingly, I found the lot I have in my hair at Wal-Mart.

i think that when some ppl become frustrated with limited role models they can identify with they respond with retaliation as a way to lift oneself up instead of a search for unifying factors...its unfortunate and hopefully people live and learn...knowing ones self worth and using that as a piller to empower oneself might be that 1st step for that young lady to heal whatever hurt came out in a not so nice way....
