if you kill some one whil on a cellphone you should be kick out of the country .no jail time no fines just gone we dont need any more stuped people live her.
If we take away Cell Phones while Driving, we need to also take away car stereos, friends in car, air conditions/heater controls, window switches, sunroofs, etc... The point that I am trying to make is that cell phones are not the only distractions that a driver has while on the road. If you really want to remove driver distractions, than we need to build a car that has nothing but the basics. I have narrowly avoided many accidents because of changing radio stations and messing with windows
Actually even bluetooth usage(s) while driving is dangerous.
