Here is a good question about disabling anoying things on windows 7. if you look at second 0:21 of your video there is a pop up text that shows when you hover over the folder that says "Start Menu and Taskbar" basically same as icon. This is a anoyance all across windows. if you move your cursor over anything it shows you theses stupid pop up text hints. can you please reply to this comment telling me how to stop this. I have windows 7 home premium not Pro edition so no gpedit for me. thanks
