I'm also working on a song for my movie, Abduction, premiering this summer, and it's called Without You. That might be done before Don't Surrender only because I'm going to use it in the movie preview!
I found that your kinda forcing ur voice a little, try to relax it and just let ur voice take over, because u definitely have a voice u just dont seem to be able to use it overly strongly yet... maybe try finding some actual sheet music and finding rhythm with the legth of notes...cuz u also seem a little fast paced when u sing

could probably come out some more and I'd try to wait to end words until closer to the end of the notes because that way the words should sound a little less muddy but I think that you and your songs definitely have a lot of potential and if you do these things it'll probably be easier to reach that potential. You have a pretty good voice and when it doesn't sound nasally and your songs seem like they might make for something interesting, especially since they aren't even accompanied yet.

It doesn't happen on the long and/or important note so I guess I'd say to concentratate on the tone for all of the notes and it should be fixed. Also, at times, what you're saying can be unclear. If I hadn't seen the title I would've thought that you were saying "Love never puts on me." So some of the consonants...

I do have a plan b and c, but b is really expensive and c would be cheap 4 me, but then the songs probably wouldn't be out til late July! So I'll let you know when things are set in stone! 1. Try to do a song, not about love
