  • This video is NOT meant for Trainers or advanced athletes. It was done specifically for LiveStrong to encourage beginners to move at least 30min per day. The LiveStrong Fitness Challenge is for folks who aren't currently exercising at all and don't know how to begin a fitness program. This video is mean't to provide folks with some basic moves that hopefully get them interested to begin exercising.
