But the Bible often refers to military expressions, like donning the full Armor of God in Ephesians. Psalms and Proverbs makes a lot of verses tied to military power. In Revelation, John the Baptist doesn't condemn soldiers, but tells them to be satisfied with their wages. God loves all of His children, even the soldier.
