  • @lluuccyyb no.

  • totally easy! and moist and good

  • How do you know their going to be good if your haven't even tried them??

  • In my opinion, yogurt is better than sour cream. If you do this, you could even use an orange yogurt, it adds a really good taste dimension and will play off the zest nicely. Vanilla also works great, but this is definitely the key to a perfect muffin.

  • I made this today :) it was DELICIOUS. but i didn't have sour cream so I used vanilla yogurt. Sooooo good

  • she's making me starving!!:))

  • Damn she looks sexy when she cooks :P

  • HAHAHA

  • Does anyone know if the degrees is in celcius or farenheit? :(

  • @Vpxnz its 350 Fahrenheit =(350 - 32 ) x 5/9 = 176.67 degrees Celsius....hope that helpsssss

  • QUESTION! ive made these many times before but my batter always seems to end up to liquidy and "watery" i made sure the measurements are correct. any suggestions to make it thicker?!

  • @SmOre128 i don't know if this would make sense to you but could you try refrigerating your batter for a while? maybe the area that you're working in is too warm or humid, like in my country, PH, all my batters are too soft or liquidy because of the climate so i just refrigerate the batter for a while and then it turns out good like in the video. hope it helps.

  • 2:28 I thought you said 'booberries' :D

  • How do I convert these ingredients to metric... One site says I should use over 300 grams of flour, while another says I should only use 160 grams... I'm desperate, I love your recipes but I can't use them 'cause I have no idea how much I really need :-(

  • can u make pecan pie?? unless u already did

  • I just made these substituting the sour cream for standard double cream and adding white chocolate chips. It was sooo moist and yummy, thanks a bunch laura :) x

  • i absolutely love making your deserts!!(:

  • I just made these, and had one to taste! Terrific! Super super moist! Thanks very much!

  • I'm gonna make the Blueberry Muffins!!

    Love your video's <33

  • What i like to do to make it even MORE moist is i like to add a hint of olive oil to any baking i made these muffins and i put a little in each cupcake holder, and they came out GREAT and even more moist, it also works for cake, brownies, cookies, muffins, and mostly anything that u need flour for! Thanks, i made these for 200 people for a party that i have and everyone said they loved the muffins, but i made different kinds other than blueberry THANKS!

  • did you ever try to make blueberry muffin with a crumb topping?

  • What is sour cream? if i dont have cant change to what? thank u :)

  • @brillianeza Sour cream is almost like plain yoghurt only thicker. It's used in both cooking and baking, and can be found near the yoghurt or cheese sections in the supermarket. If you don't have sour cream, you can substitute it for plain yoghurt (regular, not non-fat or low-fat) or creme fraiche (quite popular in Europe). Hope this helps!

  • Hi Laura, I made a batch of these for our family 4th of july picnic and e-one loved and devoured them in mins. Thank you so much for the recipe and keep'm coming =)

  • I made these the other day stustituting the blueberries for dark chocolate chips and they are honestly the best muffins I have ever made!

  • Yes, a recipe is on the website. I just made these Laura, absolutely heavenly. Instead of adding lemon zest, I used a banana that was speckled brown and needed to be used. Great recipe. I love your video's.

  • hi laura. any time i back my muffins the come out rock hard on the top. why is that u think?

i use plain flour when baking my muffins. so is it better to use selfrasing flour?
