I've encountered many people, mostly from rural areas and the South, that have a legal first name plus a nickname that has little or nothing to do with that first name. Sometimes the dad is already called Bobby so they call the son, that is named after the father, Jimmy b/c the middle name is James. Really may not be that weird where they are at, but yeah he probably just missed it. That was one hell of a con job by the escapee.

One of my good friends (who is a police officer) was jogging one afternoon when a police officer approached. The officer asked for her identification. She didn't have any ID on her. The police officer then put her in the back of the car and drove her to her own station. The lieutenant recognized her, was shocked, released her, and the three hour lecture began.
