I know. I had a substitute teacher once that was exactly like her. It was in the fourth grade, before Order of the Phoenix came out, and we had her for like, three months. When OotP came out, I read it and kept saying "Ah! MISS Pocahontas!" She had us call her that because her name was really close to it, but anyway...ugh. She was so evil.
I do not envy Harry's job at that time. I don;t think they realized it was as serious as Harry did. Great job on that. The scenes synched and everything

It was just supposed to show for the line "How could I make a man out of you?" harry as if he's asking it of Cho, disappointed in general with the progress. The rest of them laughing was supposed to imply that the group in general is unfocused/silly and not dedicated at that point. Hope it makes more sense now. Thanks for watching/commenting! :D
