Street Fighters IV Benchmark - MAX SETTINGS EVERYTHING ON GTX 275 [ HD ]

damn nice man, for some reason, well I know damn well the reason why actually. Bu t anyhow, I can only pull a C/B at about 50 FPS on 60 Mhz refresh rate, though ive pulled 54.5 at 1200something x 1024 . I know the reason is my E2200 Pentium Dual core at 2.2 ghz though lol, overclocked to 2.75 with no voltage or multiplier change. I also only have 2 gigs of 667 , windows vista, and possibly underpowred. I am using seperate external power supply for vid card, but the way it's wired im not sure.
