  • Belive it or not, u can do this on the 3DS for 30 seconds. Once Rayman turns invisible, u die.

  • the glitch he just did is called " The Ultimate Rayman 2 Glitch." BTW why does the game go 2 the cutscene when Rayman is Out-of Bounds and far away from that area?!?!?!?!?

  • The Dreamcast version is 10x much more amazing than the N64 version :)

  • ps1 version sucks and the pc is okay but the ps2 the best

  • in fact the dreamcast and the ps2 version are cool,ps2 has hub worlds!!!!

but ps1.....I prefer to talk about this version

  • Those wormy spike plants are creepy.

  • @IndexTyrzi so? What does THAT have 2 do with what the video is talking about?!

  • @Glitchlover87 THAT what I was talking about = spiky tentacle plants are in this video, so it has to do with this video. checkit checkit 1:54

  • does anyone have the Rom version of this for Nintendo 64? theres a glitch in the cave of bad dreams that i cant get past. when i'm jumping from the guard's skull platforms that he shoots, he simply jumps away and falls into pit. this meaning he wont shoot his skull platforms and i cant get across, can anyone help?

  • @EpikDisaster plz reply if you ever find out how cuz i get the same problem

  • Same on PC.

  • is the dreamcast version different than ps1? i dont remember this level... or the map looking like that.

  • The PS1 level is actually very different from what you see here. You do still ride the shells, but a lot of the areas were changed.

  • @Lusheris Yes, I think it is.

  • They don't make games like this anymore.

  • WTF??!? You did it before!!! Even i can do it!! (But i never tryed to get there before entering the cave of bad dreams)

  • The first time I did this, I had already done the elixir and everything. But this time, I tried with a fresh file, and no matter where I went, the Clark cut-scene started.

There's still one more place to try but I pretty much expecting the same.

  • But if this was a speed run, then that wouldn't be acceptable unfortunately.

I did anther test and soon I'll get that shown.

  • My guess is that the designers anticipated that players would be able to take the barrel and, with very careful turning, get out of that little alcove. So, they added the triggers to prevent people from skipping Clark. I don't think they knew about this glitch; otherwise, they probably would have just fixed it. So, I'm thinking that at the VERY beginning of this section (i.e. you'd need to fly backwards all the way, staying in bounds), there is no trigger. After going back there, (continued)

  • (continued) you would need to get WAY out of bounds, then fly around the trigger zone, then swing back in from behind. This is the only way I can think of making this trick work.

  • That far back would definitely take awhile (Not to mention being careful not to exit the boundary until that point.

I have not managed to get that far back yet but it's worth a shot. Because if I get back to where the shell is and it still detects, then that will be the stopper. And then when/if I go out of bounds there, it could be tricky to judge where to go.

I'm hoping the "zone" of detection is thin because if I can get to the other size of it, then I can probably reach the stairs.

  • this game looks funny

it remind me to the daxter game....

    ol' times...

  • That is so weird.. It will detect you even when you go out of bounds... Weirdest thing I ever saw.. If there is a bad dream this would be it..

  • I don't get how it detects it either. At this rate, the glitch won't be useful until after you get the Elixir of Life.

  • Yeah there is probably some string in a code that detects whether you're out of bounds to check to see if you have an elixir, if not it triggers the cutscene.. Its like elixir cutscene 2, no elixir cutscene 1. Thats how I think about it.. It may seem that they intended for this glitch to happen so they put an outta bounds code, it must be like the respawn code too.

  • So with that in mind, my guess is that the exact same thing would happen when you have the Elixir. But the only difference is it would not automatically exit the level.

    Hmm...

  • Yea, Do you think that would happen with the elixir. Wait.. I remember that happened to me.. Mine must not have the code that detects whether your out of bounds... Thats it.. Because I didn't have the elixir it detected that once I went through the wall. Thats why the first cutscene played. I just noticed by watching my video of the glitch.

  • I re watched it. You did go out of bounds a bit, but it was only when you clipped through the floor the last time it triggered. If you went a little farther out, it might have started back in the water area.

Well it wasn't too far out, but then from what I gather here, Cheeseorman probably already tried this and ran into the same problem.

  • woah...

  • your gonna give yourself a bad dream just trying to do it ya know?

  • Hah! What's one more bad dream compared to skipping the rest?!

Well I'm hoping there's a way to work it.

  • mmmm I gonna try this in Revolution

  • the old menhir hill's... pretty fun i say but skipping the cave of bad dream's????HOLY &#*!
