It's sos stupid when people choose Spy as a class on the melee servers. The spy's knife is the weakest melee weapon when it's not a backstab.

That's ok, there are plenty of TF2 servers out there. I mostly play on Eastern ones with payload maps and faster respawn.

It's all in-game. All Valve games come with in-game voice chatting so Counter-strike, Day of Defeat, Team Fortress, Left 4 Dead, etc. all have team voice chatting by default, and you can enable all-talk if you want to talk to enemies on some servers.

i once got banned cause i was a sniper and a helmet flew into my line of sight so i smacked it out of the way with my shovel, and the admin ended up banning me for not playing serious enough. plus i owned

Yeah, I don't like that on servers either. I played on eGO servers and it was hard to keep from using curse words. In DoDS I can do it since I use teamwork more, but in CSS and TF2 if I play with friends, I like being able to swear. :P

Yeah, I've ran into two abusive people who temp banned me for explaining to them that you can't "remove" a spray without leaving the server when they were threatening someone else about it. Stupid people + admin powers = bad combination. I was even an eGO member too, but I swiftly left their TF2 clan once I realized what morons ran those servers.

Haha, nice. I don't know, they're cool in Day of Defeat Source and I play on some of their servers, but I've had bad experiences in their TF2 servers because of abuse, so I don't play there.

I enjoy swearing and quick respawn anyway so I've got plenty of other servers to play it.

It's on the PC and XBox360 right now as part of "The Orange Box". It's better on the PC though of course...and there are tons of custom maps, old remakes and patches from Valve. Plus some new gameplay changes and new maps which should be released soon.

Some say that after 2:55, if you look really hard, you can see Heaven...but you have to believe! Nah, nothing happens. YouTube just displays the time as 10 minutes when in fact it's less than 3. That allows me to use about three times the bitrate for the video, thus making it 3 times better looking. :) (usual limit is 350kbps with the Flash Video codec, which sucks)

I bought most of my parts from NCIX dot com and assembled everything myself. It was around $1200 with a 500GB hard drive, $100 case, a 700 watt PSU, 4GB of RAM and a game. Anyway, as far as map making goes, it's not something you can just learn in a few seconds. Just go on Google, search for "hammer editor tutorials" and have fun!

I've got a Tagan Diablo case with a 36cm fan and a 25cm fan and a Zalman CNPS9500 cpu cooler...though I regret not getting the Ultra-120 instead - it's been the best passive cooler for a while now. No, they're made using the level editor (Hammer). Most are usually ports of older Team Fortres Classic maps with the textures and objects from TF2.

Well I was recording at a constant 30 fps from a demo I played back. In the game on this map I got 40-150fps at 1280x960 with 4x AA. The fps would go down when looking at like 20+ people punching eachother, hehe, but it was always very playable.
