You can miss out on the best games if you follow scores blindly.

On PS2 there was this game called Tokyo Extreme Racer 2, the handling on cars was weird and the track was Tokyo highway. It got scores like 19/100 still I think accept for the Gran Turismo's it was one of the best racegames on PS2. Always try something and form your OWN opinion, it's mostly the best opinion for you. ;)

Well I have never tried to look at these reviews by the gaming media since they pretty much are bullshit. They are money hungry assholes who only need to be paid good money from a company to promote their games even though they suck especially if you ever read the one that one time of the reviewer talking so much shit about the witcher 2 and saying how he hated it and would never recommend it to anyone and what happens he gives it a 10 out of 10

I saw some gameplay of Neverdead, it looks alright, but it can't compare to these other high end games like starwars and skyrim. Neverdead seems like a pretty chill game, a lot of hack and slash. Rydar you should try Saint's Row 3rd. Fun as hell

I agree. I don't always give too much weight to reviews, BUT, like he said, it's silly if you completely ignore them. I read several reviews before seeing a movie at the theater. In a few occasions, I liked (not loved) a movie that had bad reviews, but for the most part, if the reviewers are unanimous about a bad movie... 90% chance that it will be bad for me as well.

To quote another youtuber I'm subbed to "Don't knock this game". Just cuz it got a low review definitely does not mean it's a bad game. It looks and kinda handles like Devil May Cry and the dialogue is very funny, which are selling points for me. However, since it is kinda like DMC, it gets a tad repetitive with the fighting. Never the less, it is still worth playing. I'd probably give it a 6 or 7 out of 10.

Since when has 8/10, 9/10, "B"s = "decent" game? For starters, people nowadays rely way too much on what some gaming website rated the game. Secondly, if it isn't 9/10 or 9.5/10 or 10/10, then the game is a bad game or it's crap, or at least that's what it seems like nowadays. People's standards are WAY too high. Remember when 5/10 = decent, 6,7= good, 8,9= great and 10= amazing?

Gamers who buy shitty are actually ruining the game industry because they give game developers less incentive make good games if they can profit off of bad games.

In my opinion, 9 and up = GREAT games, 8 to 9 = decent, and 7 to 8 =maybe I will still like it, but if most reviewers rating under 7.0. AVOID!!!

Dont blieve the game scores. Primarily the people that give games like NeverDead low scores is because they believe every shooter should be some types of Halo Or Call Of Duty knockoff and if it isnt its bad. Ive seen too many good games get biased scores because of things like that.
