Former Commissioner Mdm Bertrand and Michael McCabe are a perfect example of mutual, maudlin suck-ups at their worst. Bertrand didn't give a rats ass about John Q public (trying to distance herself from them) while indulging in constant communiques and ass kissing sessions with
