I agree with SoNDgs & alzeNL! Been looking around lately for a fairing for my gs (instead of the ugly original one) but cant really find anything as awsome as this one. Just wondering if you made the fairing yourself or got the parts from a supplier?
Hi, how do u get started to make these builds? Im buying a suzuki gs125 soon, Im a total newbie to bikes, but where can I get started to know how to make old bikes look so slick like the ones youv made??
Hello mate - Thank you for your comments as for where to start I'd suggest by getting into an automotive trade such as panel beating or spray painting. Of course you could do what a lot of people do and just have a go and learn by trial and error. Many a beautiful creation has come from people with no qualifications but willingness to have a go.
Yeah mate in Australiits called Bucket Racing, or the posh name Superlite's.
You're up against two strokes but their capacity is not allowed to be as high. Only disadvantaged against the 2 strokes at the bigger tracks such as Eastern Creek..
Nice, so these take on like h 100s, rxs 100 etc? Sounds interesting. It would be great to take them to the Manx TT races lol maybe it has already been done. Anyway nice bike, im looking at getting a GS at the minute, but I dont think ill be tuning it up like yours.
what sort of engine mod have you done and if you change the size of the piston would you need to do anything with the exhaust what sort of speed you get out of it i love the blue and white clour too real nice!!!
131 cc high comp piston, balanced, Flywheel lightened to the begeezus, Mikuni Carb, Race Camshaft and and an inch and a half exhaust all the way through. Yes the exhaust is nescassary as the original looks quite big but has a smaller pipe inside which is very restrictive. Still only good for about 13 HP but revs very well as for top speed I'm not sure but it would only be around 130kph (never ever bothered to find out as thats a wee bit faster than the others in the club so good enough)
i like it white a blue at the start, great too see couple new gs vid's, any good engine mods/tips you could share would be intrested in knowing, i'm also keen to see some on bike footage..
Because we run these in Forgotten era 125 as well as superlite we are only allowed a 5% increase in capacity so we are running around 131cc to stay within the rules.
That said though we are still very competitive and I won the Bucket nationals (Oran Park) on the weekend just gone. Even though that was in the superlite class where people are running 150cc.

Needless to say I'm pretty chuffed!
