The relationship between Vocaloids depends on the user. Yamaha themselves even said they are not siblings. They were just in the same vocal set and had similar character designs as they were designed to be mirror images of eachother [genderswapped character] but how they are related is up to the PV/video maker. It's like when KAITO and MEIKO are sometimes known as siblings but sometimes as lovers.
