Well if you really want critique on a proper push-up, your form is not so good. Your chest needs to be no more than 4 inches off the ground at the bottom of the movement. Your elbows flare out too much causing too acute of any angle between the arm and forearm which ultimately is bad form and puts too much strain on the shoulder joint. Try and keep a 90 degree angle between arm and forearm at the bottom of the movement. Also have to follow through the full range of the movement, no partials.
