exactly like that and spawn the L & D Tombstone. it'll say.. get pregnant with.. and then you get to pick. or get alien pregnant. it only works for adults (maybe elders) but you can get an adult pregnant with a baby or a kid, teenage, ect.

boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true You have to put it in that exact way. capitols and everything. Then you click shift and then your sim [at the same time] then you click spawn, and look for the option of tombstone of l/d then click on the tombstone that appears, there should be an option such as have baby with such and such. click it and you should hear the baby music. If that doesn't happen message me and I'll try to talk you through it.

Click on the the option tombstone of L and D (life and death) then this tombstone will come out of no where click on it and there will be all these options click more and it will say make me pregnant with.. you can even make it alien pregnant then it will be pregnant you can speed up the pregnancy by clicking the option speed up my pregnancy in the tombstone

The cheats were boolprop testingcheats enabled . Spaces in between words as shown. After enabling them,

right click any sim that you have (you have to be in your house/lot first though) click the option 'Tombstone of life and death' and it will be created. Click that and the option 'make me pregnant with' (no matter the gender) will appear. Your sim can even become pregnant with itself.
