If that evidence does not prove the factuality of the claim beyond a reasonable doubt, then the claim remains false until proven otherwise. In other words, "the burden of proof" lies with the claimant. This theory has not been proven, and until it is, it is nothing more than a theory.

If that evidence does not prove the factuality of the claim beyond a reasonable doubt, then the claim remains false until proven otherwise. In other words, "the burden of proof" lies with the claimant. This theory has not been proven, and until it is, it is nothing more than a theory.

Calling Clotaire Rapaile a consultant is not refutation against his claims. He's a psychologist PHD, and his claims have been proven.
Paul D Macleans triune model has been accepted and proven as far as it's Neo-Cortex and R-Complex aspects are concerned. All vertibraes have R-Complex's; which ,of course, differs among species. It's the LIMBIC SYSTEM that hasn't been wholly accepted.

i agree pixie,i agree absaloutley, good and bad is deception. they are a race. ust like any race. they have evolved by power, humanity is ruled by power and love. but i know some reptillans love me, i knoe a reptillan will not kil a bird in wildlife, crocadiles, so your right we must not paint all with the same bush.

There is no such thing as reptillians. they are just djinns. djinns are older than humans,and they live here on earth like us,but we cannot see them.god has created angels,djinn,humans and animals.thats it. all the paintings and stories of strange creatures from the race are just djinn.just look at the ancient egyptian paintings of animal headed gods,they are djinn.
