Here is how u get to the crane like wen u get to the fire u go all the way to the end on the other side alltjat garbage and junk Jump on that and ull glitch in it keep jumping though then jump on the metal fences and keep doing that and then ull realize that ur floating keep jumping jump on the metal bar the bam ur o. You know u can go higher if u use the air vent?..use lighting bolt to power up the air vent and jump on it..it will push u all the way and u have to grab onto this one fence and jump two more

i found an bug on the top if you go to the backsite of the tower you see an old container looking out of the tower if you jump on it you musst jump always or you slip down to the ground if your on the other site oft the container you must jump on the grid and then turn around and jump on the other grid than left or right of the tower there are more grids if you jump on this and then on the one from behind the tower you fall through the grid^^

every time you go underground to brig electricity to a part of the city, you get a new power, the flying is not flying, its gliding and just reduces the rate of which you fall, but eventually you will get the power
