I know you said you dyed the roots with sharpie, did you just color it on or use alcohol? I've heard there's multiple ways of doing it, and yours looks genuine. :) And where did you get your wig from?
@RanemmberL I used Sharpies and hand-colored black on the roots closest to the 'scalp', followed by brown slightly overlapping it and down the midstrand. Afterwards I used alcohol on a Q-tip and wiped from the scalp, down the strand, breaking the lines of demarcation.
I purchased my wig from Cosworx/shop.cosplay.com. Hope this has helped!
@Saerrix Yep, you can get the original style back with some patience. Dampen the wig just a bit and apply clarifying shampoo to break down the hairspray, gently take out the knots you created with your fingers using plenty of conditioner (this will make the hair slick & easy to maneuver). Now you wouldn't want to keep doing this for every occasion because eventually your wig may show signs of wear sooner but that's to be expected out of any well-loved wig. :)
i love this hair style

Question: If you did this to a Rose wig used for other versions, is there anyway to get it back to how it was?
