"God" doesnt just kill babies....he kills everything.
If these fundamentalist hate-mongers (pro-lifers) had their way and abortion was made illegal what would happen?
Illegal and unprofessional abortions will rise, of course raising the death toll in young woman...because lets face it, with no legal rights to perform the act, there will be no protection when it goes wrong.
Two, Adding thousands more to welfare seems like a good way to help our economy....
@816messiah I think that the man involved in the pregnancy should be held legally responsible for that child together with the woman both before and after birth. That can only happen if the developing child is given legal status. There should be a huge effort made to do everything to support the pregnant woman -- that's where a man's dollars should be going, if he impregnated . Some women would still risk aborting, as people still drink and drive, in spite of every warning to them.
god has a greater tally than all the abortion doctors and unwilling, expecting mothers combined. miscarriages are a dime a dozen, bro. perhaps you should report jesus to the cops for murder.
if i had a penny for every miscarriage god willed, id be the richest man in human history. if anything, you guys should pray to god for him to stop having women miscarry. thats way worse than abortion casualties. probably billions or trillions a year.
Mocking someone in the street on camera for their views and putting it on the internet makes you a hypocrite.
I honestly have no patience for people who try to justify their blinkered view on the world under the guise of faith to a God whose entire existence is claimed by faith and faith alone.
@Furicist I think that as long as abortion is legal and the unborn child has no legal status, the man involved has no legal responsibility for the pregnancy. I think that should change. I think there should be an equal legal responsibility, where both man and woman are held legally responsible for the life of the developing child. The child needs protection, nurturing, and support both before and after birth from both parties involved.
That woman is my hero, "You dont have a womb you dont have a say in that" ^.^ I'm so glad people like this arent afraid to speak there mind and support an amazing cause.
Ya that's a good one. So if a man is walking by a bus stop and a woman is brutally beating her newborn, he has no right to intervene simply because he has no womb. Yup, the logic is clear.
Were not talking about a woman beating her child, were taling about a womans right to her own body. When that baby is outside the body it gets rights, till then it doesnt.
Oh so now it's location that determines whether or not the child is a person. Hm, over on the other thread you claim it is the ability to walk around and have a personality that gives a person rights.
No it isnt at all. I Hav eyet to write down my full position and thoughts and opinions on youtube anywhere. ALOT of variables go into what makes somthing worth giving rights too. Your simply trying to disect my opinions in order to make your self seem correct.
Nope, i just have ALOT of opinions and beliefs about it, it's inside the body of a woman, doesnt have memory, doesnt have emotion, it's not a person.
the bottom line is, until it's born and isnt inside the body depending on a woman, it doesnt get rights. ANd until you can carry a fetus inside your body productivly you really dont have a say in the matter, keep preaching, but it doesnt change the fact that you have no way to understand the things a woman goes through or decisions she has to make.
@lambchopclmt That's your opinion. Sounds similar to the slaveholders' opinion that blacks look different, sound different, arent nearly as intelligent and arent developed enough to be considered persons and therefore do not get rights. Turns out people with that opinion were WRONG; just as people with your opinion are wrong today.
killing is irrelevant. i kill bugs, i pay for killed animals and enjoy them for supper. what matters is what rights do they have. the answer: none. constitution guarantees equal protection of laws to persons born or naturalized in the usa, so unborn babies dont qualify as they are neither born nor naturalized.
there are laws against killing immigrants, but they are not granted civil rights; there is no law against all abortions because such a law would be unenforceable, due to the constitution.
are you against all abortions or just those in later stages of pregnancy?
@Pelonetillo I oppose the legalized killing of all innocent human beings, regardless of their age, size, location, ability, or any other arbitrary characteristic.
I believe abortion to save the life of the mother when both mom and child will die (ectopic pregnancy) is the only exception, and when this occurs it is not an abortion. It is done with the intent to save one life when two would be otherwise lost.
Abortion, on the other hand, is done with the sole intent of ending a human life.
@Pelonetillo Because human beings have value. I oppose the Nazi Holocaust, the legalized lynching of Blacks, and abortion all for that reason. The more concerning question would be why would anyone not oppose the killing of innocent human beings?
@Pelonetillo Again, the more concerning issue, the one who should be grilled, is the one advocating for the killing of innocent human beings. He is the dangerous one, not the one who respects human life and refrains from killing it.
judging by your refusal to provide a valid answer, you must not really know why you hold the position you do. you say "value," when asked what value you vacillate. if you dont know just say so.
most people recognize... originates from... something that evolved... all platitudes. what is so difficult about qualifying the value you profess to attribute to human life. if its such an elusive concept how can you even know where you stand.
When a man can give birth he can have the right to say what a person can or canot do with there own body pertaining to said pregnancy. But i dont see that happening any time soon. Keep your opinions off my uterus and i'll keep mine off your prostate.
@lambchopclmt I've noticed that pro-aborts often resort to hostile, personal attacks. I hope you are aware that that makes you appear as though you lack effective arguments.

Good on her, you bible bashing dictators.
Let people make their own choices and stop pushing your views on other people.
The rights which afford you your borderline harrassment also allows her to make a counter-statement in a much more respectful way.

I guess if you think a bug = a human than killing is just fine with you. Nazi holocaust? No big deal, I kill animals all the time.
So people who were born in other countries don't deserve equal protection of the law? It's okay to kill immigrants?

@Pelonetillo Because human beings have value. I oppose the Nazi Holocaust, the legalized lynching of Blacks, and abortion all for that reason. The more concerning question would be why would anyone not oppose the killing of innocent human beings?

Pelonetillo 1 year ago
Many people believe our value originates from God. Others believe it is something that has evolved.
Most people recognize there is something wrong with killing human beings. That is why virtually all societies have laws against doing so (murder).
It is those that equate human beings with animals who are the dangerous ones.
They seem to believe that killing a human is no more "wrong" than killing animals, insects, whatever.
If you are living, whole, and human (DNA), you are a "human being."
