People, the KSG is technically double barrel. It uses two separate feeding tubes, therefore double barrel.

@jmoak14 I just tested it out because I heard Zzirgrizz say silenced it won't kill in a headshot, and he was right. Silenced dragonuv headshot = hitmarker. And the only way to one hit kill is by a headshot.
